	John Colville Originally from Kansas City......Played scrumhalf for the University of Kansas where he was a collegiate all-star in 1994 and 1995......Has also played for Kansas Jayhawks RFC, Jacksonville RFC and Charleston Outlaws RFC.....Played internationally in Ireland and South Africa.....Achieved USA Rugby Level II Coaching Certification and Level I Referee Certification.....Began coaching career with Lady Jayhawks.....Has been coaching at UNC Charlotte since 2005..... Physical Therapist with OrthoCarolina.....Married (Tonya) with two children (Emily - 22 mo., Will - 3 mo.)
	Tom Inch Career began in 1982 for Stoke-on-Trent in the Midlands of England, a division IV side.....10 seasons as First Team No. 8 with Trentham RUFC.....From '95 to '98 played for the seconds and thirds eventually joining the vets side where he played until moving to America in 2003.....Still plays for the Charlotte social team and the Antediluvians, a touring Vets team from Edmonton Canada, including tours to Scotland in 2008 and Vancouver in 2009.....Has been a certified coach and referee since 2006.....Helped establish North Meck High School team.....First Season coaching UNC Charlotte.
